POTATO LACHCHHA NAMKEEN – NAVARATRI SPECIAL

Content

250 grams of potatoes
Half cup of groundnuts
Half teaspoon black pepper
Half a teaspoon roasted salt
Oil for the frying

METHOD

Take the potatoes, and grate the potatoes directly into the water. Grate only with a large hole grater to get thick grates. Potatoes should be washed thoroughly five to six times, then spread on the cotton cloth let the water rinse. In the meantime, let the oil on the gas heat up.

Wrap potato pulp in a bowl. Once oil is heated, fry the grated potato. Fry on medium flame only, till it turns golden brown, potato should turn crispy. Take a paper napkin on a plate. Let it soak, meanwhile fry the groundnuts in the same oil. take the peanut in a paper napkin. Let it be settled.
Then take potato slices and peanuts in a large bowl. Then mix black pepper powder and roasted salt and mix well. Your Potato Lachchha Namkeen is ready.

Potato should be washed thoroughly so the starch should be washed out completely, otherwise the potato slit will turn red.
